What you can do with the site and its data, how claims and removals work, and what liability the operator assumes. Provisional version.

Use of the site
Influencerbench is an informational directory. The data in each profile comes from the agency's own public website, with the URL and the date it was read, and may have changed since; it is not an offer or a quote, and hiring decisions are made with each agency. The operator does not broker or charge commission on contacts.
You may quote and link to the site's content citing the source. Copying the profile database in bulk, with or without automated tools, to reproduce it in another service is not allowed.
The benchmarks computed by the directory are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license: they may be copied, adapted and reused, including for commercial purposes, crediting Influencerbench with a link to influencerbench.com/en/benchmarks, linking the license and indicating if changes were made. The external references cited on that page are not part of that license and remain under the terms of their original source.
Profiles, claims and removals
Any listed agency can claim its profile with an email on its website's domain, request corrections with a source, add what its website does not publish (marked as declared by the agency) or ask for removal. Corrections are answered within 5 business days; profile removal is applied within 5 business days and contact removal within 48 hours. Logos, when shown, appear as the agency publishes them and are removed on request within 5 business days.
Advertising
Featured agencies come first in the lists, with the "Featured" badge, and that does not change the content of the profiles or their data. The featured slot is bought by writing to hello@influencerbench.com, and a notice above each list says that we may earn a fee for some placements.
Liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts so that the data matches what each website declares on the reading date, but does not guarantee it remains current and is not liable for decisions made on it. Agency trademarks and names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Governing law and contact
The site, its domains and its content are the property of Influencerbench. While the legal review lasts, any claim about these terms is handled at hello@influencerbench.com. Governing law and jurisdiction are set in the final version.
