Editorial policy and operator

Who makes this directory, the rules under which an agency is listed or removed, how it is ordered, what a featured slot buys and does not buy, and how claims, reviews and removals are handled.

Who runs this site

Influencerbench is an editorial directory. Contact: hello@influencerbench.com. Paid placements are labeled and do not change the editorial order.

Lists are shown by default with the featured agencies first, each with the "Featured" badge, and then the rest in alphabetical order; featuring an agency does not change the content of its profile or its data, which always come from its source.

The domains and the site are the property of Influencerbench, and billing for the featured slot is handled by Influencerbench. Featured agencies receive no different treatment in verification or claims: each profile was read under the same criteria as the rest, with the same per-field source, and a featured agency appears with the "Featured" badge, which indicates that it bought a slot and does not change the content of its profile.

Inclusion criteria

A company is listed if it provides influencer marketing services to brands, has its own active website and verifiable operations in at least one covered country, meaning a head office or markets declared on its website. Agencies with their own platform are listed as agencies. Pure software, creator marketplaces, talent representation, UGC-only providers and multi-service networks are listed in separate blocks with their declared type. Ad networks, accelerators and freelancers are not listed.

Exclusion criteria

A profile is removed when its website has been down for more than 60 days, when data is proven false during a claim and when the agency asks for removal. The operator may leave agencies out by editorial decision; an agency that is not listed can request its listing at listings@influencerbench.com.

Order, "best" and advertising

On the country pages the list is shown by default with the featured agencies first, each with the "Featured" badge and listed once, and then the rest in alphabetical order; with the sort selector the whole list can be viewed from A to Z, with the featured agencies in their alphabetical place. The pages are titled "Best influencer marketing agencies in X 2026" because that is the question people search for, and below the title they clarify that "best" describes a selection to compare and not a quality ranking: there is no score or ranking, and every data point carries its source. If one day they are ordered by a verifiable criterion, such as the number of verified reviews, that criterion is published on the same page.

The featured slot is bought by writing to hello@influencerbench.com, per country and category, and more than one agency can buy it. Featured agencies appear first in the list, in order of purchase, with the "Featured" badge and their logo, and a notice above each list says that we may earn a fee for some placements. It does not change the content of the profiles, which always come from their source, and only a claimed profile can buy it.

Data, sources and corrections

Every data point in a profile carries its source, which is the agency website URL or, when the agency claimed the profile, the mark "declared by the agency on claiming", and the date; every profile lists each field with its URL in the sources section. Anyone can request a correction at listings@influencerbench.com or through the profile button, and it is answered within 5 business days. Each profile shows its last verification date.

Logos and trademarks

Logos are shown exactly as the agency publishes them on its website, without cropping or color changes, only to identify it and at the same size as the rest. Any agency can request removal of its logo at listings@influencerbench.com and it is removed within 5 business days, no questions asked. Today profiles show initials instead of the logo, except featured agencies, which show their logo.

Claimed profile

An agency has claimed its profile when a person with an email on its website's domain wrote to listings@influencerbench.com and reviewed the fields. The mark says the agency reviewed its data, not that the directory endorses it. On claiming, the agency can complete what its website does not publish, and those fields are marked as declared by the agency.

Reviews and conflicts of interest

A review carries the "verified" mark only if the signer confirmed an email on the client company's domain and attached proof of the commercial relationship (invoice, purchase order or contract, with amounts redacted). Without both it is published as "unverified" or not published, and the mark says nothing about whether the review is fair. Proof comes in through the channel published when reviews open, only two reviewers see it, it is verified within 10 business days, verification closes no later than day 30 after receipt and the file is deleted on closing. Metadata is anonymized 30 days after closing if the review was rejected or unverified, and 24 months later if it was verified.

Influencerbench does not write agency reviews or moderate them with a single person: every proof is seen by two reviewers, and a review of an agency that is a direct competitor of a featured agency, in the same country, is not marked "verified" without the second reviewer's confirmation. There are no published reviews today.

Contact with agencies and removals

The "claim your profile" email goes to the generic address the agency publishes on its website, never to named individuals, and in it we say who is responsible, where the address came from, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how to opt out. Opting out of contact is applied within 48 hours and recorded so the agency is not written to again; logo removal within 5 business days; profile removal at the agency's request within 5 business days, after which the page stops being published. Contacts: hello@influencerbench.com for general questions, listings@influencerbench.com for listings, claims and corrections, data@influencerbench.com for benchmarks and methodology.
